Employee HR Tools

The Employee HR Tools is an extension of the employee directory that allows you to extend an employee’s profile into a personnel file. It adds three additional tabs to an employee’s profile: HR Info, HR Files, and HR Notes.

HR Info: The HR Info tab allows you to maintain an employee’s home address, compensation information, and termination information.

HR Files: The HR Files tab houses employee files (certifications, licensing, completed reviews, etc.) that can be made visible to the employee or kept private for just HR. This section can also be used to keep track of an employee’s necessary training or licensing information. Each file can include an expiration date with the ability to build in reminders for each file so certification/licenses never expire.

HR Notes: The HR notes tab allows the employee’s manager or HR to add important notes or information on an employee. For example, if a manager would like to note an employee’s preference on learning style or to keep a list of when an employee has not shown up for work.
